Important Tips:
- Keep roller bottles next to the bed, in your bathroom and kitchen so they are convenient to grab and use.
- Switch up the routine and oils you use on a daily basis. For example, you may use OnGuard daily during cold and flu season, but not need to use it every day in the warmer months.
- For use of oils with children, the general rule of thumb is to add one drop per age of your child. For example, if your child is 5 years old, you will add 5 total drops to 10ml roller bottle.
- All blends below are for a 10 ml roller bottle and topped off with fractionated coconut oil.
- For young children under the age of 8 or 9, you can reduce the amount of drops.
- Generally, apply the roller to the bottoms of the feet. Put socks on so you don’t get the oil on the floor. You can also apply the roller to the area of concern or along the spine (this is an easy area for application for young children).
- Never put oils inside of the ears, eyes or other sensitive areas.
