I sought out Amanda's expertise in regards to fitness and nutrition when I was feeling unhappy with myself. Overall my eating habits and unhealthy lifestyle needed reprogramming. I am a single mom of very young twins. I am always on the go. Although I thought I was trying to maintain an acceptable bmi by running three times a week, I occasionally indulged in leftover snacks that the kids did not finish and mindlessly eating at night. I'm always exhausted at the end of the day, so consequently I would crave sugar and eat at night only to wake up in the morning completely ashamed of myself. As a result, the numbers on the scale grew as did my body. I felt defeated, tired, unable to keep a goal set for myself, low confidence, low energy, and inconsistent with my daily routine. I needed help or I was going to fall deeper into the perpetual cycle I desperately needed to get out of. I live on Long Island and heard about Amanda's online fitness and nutrition program. She started me on the 14 day challenge, to give me a short term goal to start working on, and motivate me to stick to a program that will teach me what to eat , how to eat, when to eat, what to purchase at a grocery store, and a fitness program that would increase my metabolism build  muscle keep me energized and focused and easy to fit into my daily routine. Amanda coached me via text, email, encouraging, advising and guiding me several times a day. I weighed myself the day I started the program and took a photo of my 168 pound body! By date 14, I weighed 152 pounds. I had never felt better in the 14 days of this program then I had in 20 years. My body fat had decreased significantly. I was full of energy and best of all I had a new set of knowledge when it came to diet and exercise. Getting to a gym is impossible and Amanda's program can be implemented at home with almost no equipment except for dumbbells and a jump rope. I found the program easy to follow, but challenging in ways so that I never lost interest. Amanda is so inspirational and encouraging every step of the way. She is a real pioneer in the industry and I am so grateful to have found that online coach and fitness instructor who will deliver me the results that I'm looking for.
