or home workspace:
Diffusing essential oils is a great way to purify the air, boost productivity and focus. It can help boost mood, and reduce stressful feelings.
My top picks for purifying the air (especially during cold and flu season) would be with OnGuard, Lemon, or Purify blend. Add 6-8 drops of any of these essential oils to your diffuser and keep nearby on your desk.
Take note, however, there are some people that are sensitive to smells and may not want to have a diffuser nearby. If this is the case, keep the essential oil bottles on your desk. You can apply a couple of drops to your hands and inhale deeply 3-4 times.
You can also place cotton balls with a few drops of your favorite essential oil and stuff in the corners of your cubicle.

Reduce the mid-afternoon mindless snacking. Be sure to drink water throughout the day and add 2-3 drops of grapefruit or lemon essential oil for a healthy metabolism and immune boost. .
