Amanda Tripodi is dear to my heart, as both a trainer and friend. I met Amanda in 2010 when I began to train for the New York City Marathon. At this time, I lacked the endurance and confidence to believe that I could pursue this newfound hobby competitively. However, after working through my exercise regime with Amanda daily, I gained the strength, stamina, and confidence to see running as not only a hobby, but a passion.
